  • Nori sheets

  • Sushi rice

  • Assorted temaki fillings (such as sliced sashimi, avocado, cucumber, tempura shrimp, etc.)

  • Soy sauce

  • Wasabi

  • Pickled ginger

  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

  • Spicy mayo or other sauces of choice (optional)


  1. Prepare sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool slightly.

  2. Cut nori sheets into smaller, manageable sizes for rolling.
